Padovafurs Srl (“Padovafurs“), REA N° PD-110457 and VAT N°00221060288 with registered office in Via Marsala 38, 35122 Padova, Italy, takes your data protection rights and our legal obligations seriously. This Privacy Policy (“Policy“) describes how we use your personal data collected via www.padovafurs.it, www.bunitaly.it, www.tosato1928.it (“Websites“), and by other means (e.g., via social media, cookies, etc.). - PERSONAL DATA WE MAY COLLECT ABOUT YOU

Your personal data will be treated by Padovafurs within the European Union. Whether there will be the need to collaborate with third parties located outside the European Union, or it will be necessary to transfer data towards iCloud systems located outside the European Union, the treatment of your personal data will follow regulations such as the EU Model Clauses, the EU-US or CH-US Privacy Shield certification, Binding Corporate Rules or other acceptable legal mechanisms.
We will also respond to requests for personal data where required to do so by law, or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, request from a regulator or any other legal process served on us.
